'Non-face-to-face Service Voucher Program'

Post-COVID era: Selected as a supplier for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' 'Non-face-to-face Service Voucher Program,' aimed at promoting digitalization and fostering non-face-to-face service sectors for small and medium-sized enterprises and ventures. With a budget of 64 billion KRW until 2021, this initiative supports remote and telecommuting environments for 160,000 small businesses.  

Among the six supported fields of non-face-to-face services, 'Performance Plus' was selected as a cloud service for telecommuting. It is an agile performance management collaboration platform based on OKR (Objectives & Key Results) principles. With this platform, goals can be shared in real-time without being limited by time or space. It enables systematic collaboration using features such as task boards, real-time feedback, and scrum, aligning with the agile and high-performance organizational culture. 

Applications and support are processed through the K-Non-face-to-face Voucher Platform (www.k-voucher.kr). Through this website, companies can review the services provided by suppliers, apply for participation, use vouchers, make payments, and settle accounts all in a non-face-to-face and online manner. 

Through the voucher program, we hope that Performance Plus will be utilized as an essential service to enhance the performance and operational efficiency of growing small and medium-sized enterprises and ventures. We aspire for it to become a catalyst for success and solidification in the market.
